1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
JD Trade Alerts is the SMS notification program operated by IO Trade
Tracker (iott.kulkrrni.com) that sends you text message alerts related to
your options trading activity and the markets you track, including:
- Trade and series alerts: notifications when a trade or series you are
tracking opens, closes, or hits a significant profit/loss threshold
- Market alerts: notifications about GEX/options-chain levels or price
levels for symbols you are monitoring in the Research tools
2. HOW TO OPT IN
You opt in to this program by providing your mobile phone number in your
Account Settings and affirmatively enabling SMS alerts. By opting in, you
consent to receive automated text messages from JD Trade Alerts at the
number you provided.
3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on your trading activity and the alerts you
configure. You may receive multiple messages per trading day during active
periods, or none on days with no qualifying activity.
4. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and
plan. JD Trade Alerts does not charge for SMS alerts.
5. HOW TO OPT OUT
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After
you send STOP, we will send you an SMS confirming your unsubscription. You
will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign
back in to your Account Settings and re-enable SMS alerts.

7. CARRIER LIABILITY
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. NO SHARING OF SMS DATA
Your mobile phone number, opt-in status, and text messaging originator
opt-in data are NEVER shared or sold to any third party or affiliate for
marketing or promotional purposes. This data is used solely to operate the
SMS alert program described above. See our Privacy Policy (/privacy) for
full details on how we handle your data.
9. SUPPORTED CARRIERS
This program is available on major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not
liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
