This Privacy Policy explains how IO Trade Tracker ("IO Trade Tracker,"
"we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when
you use our options trade tracking application at iott.kulkrrni.com
(the "Service"). Our SMS trade and market alert program is operated
under the brand name JD Trade Alerts; this Privacy Policy governs that
SMS program as well as the rest of the Service.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following information:
Account Information:
- Email address (from OAuth provider)
- Name (from OAuth provider)
- Profile picture (from OAuth provider)
Usage Data:
- Trade entries you create
- Settings and preferences
- Broker configurations (including API credentials)
Technical Data:
- IP address (for disclaimer acceptance records)
- Browser user agent
- Access timestamps
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service

- Connect to broker APIs on your behalf

- On our servers in JSON file format
- Isolated by your unique tenant ID
- With broker API credentials encrypted at rest
4. BROKER API CREDENTIALS
When you provide broker API credentials:
- They are stored on our server
- They are used solely to fetch market data
- They are never shared with third parties
- You can delete them at any time
5. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING DATA
If you opt in to receive SMS trade and market alerts (sent under the
brand name JD Trade Alerts) by providing your mobile phone number in
Account Settings:
- Your mobile phone number is used solely to deliver the alerts you sign up for
- Your mobile phone number and opt-in status are NEVER shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties
- Message frequency varies based on your trading activity and configured alerts; you may receive multiple messages per trading day
- Message and data rates may apply
- You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP, or by disabling SMS alerts in Account Settings; see our SMS Terms (/sms-terms) for full program details
6. DATA SHARING
We do NOT:
- Sell your personal information
- Share your data with advertisers
- Provide data to third parties (except as required by law)
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain your data:
- As long as your account is active
- Until you request deletion
- As required by legal obligations
8. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and data
- Export your trade data
- Revoke broker API access
9. SECURITY
We implement reasonable security measures including:
- HTTPS encryption for all connections
